Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Travel For You, we aim to make the reservation and cancellation process clear, straightforward and convenient for our guests.
1. Free Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are free of charge. No cancellation fee is charged for requests submitted within this period.
2. Late Cancellation and No-Show
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour and situations where the customer does not attend the booked tour are handled according to the booking conditions communicated for the relevant tour and applicable legislation.
3. Weather Conditions and Tour Cancellations
If Travel For You cancels a tour due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns or operational reasons, customers are offered:
Rescheduling to another available date, where possible.
A refund of the relevant service fee if payment has already been made.
4. Refund Process
Where a refund is due and payment has been collected, the refund is processed according to the original payment method and applicable legislation.
As no advance payment is collected during reservation, no refund is necessary for bookings that have not yet been paid.
