Distance Service Agreement
1. Parties
This agreement is entered into between the service provider identified below and the customer making a reservation through the website or other distance communication channels.

Customer: The person whose details are provided during the reservation process.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding tours, excursions, activities and transfer services booked or purchased through Travel For You.
3. Main Features of the Service
The service name, date, time, number of participants, individual or total price, included and excluded services, meeting point and hotel pickup details are provided to the customer during the booking process.
The customer is responsible for reviewing the service information before confirming the reservation.
4. Reservation and Payment
Reservations can be made through our website, WhatsApp, telephone or email.
No advance payment is collected at the time of reservation. The customer pays the confirmed service price on the day of the tour by cash or credit card.
The reservation becomes confirmed once Travel For You sends a booking confirmation to the customer.
5. Service Delivery
The service is provided according to the date and program stated in the reservation confirmation.
For tours including hotel transfers, customers must be ready at the designated hotel pickup point at the communicated time.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and accommodation details.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are free of charge.
Cancellations made within the last 24 hours and no-show situations are handled according to the conditions communicated during booking and applicable legislation.
If a tour is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns, customers are offered the option of rescheduling or receiving a refund.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Legal Exceptions
The right of withdrawal from distance contracts is subject to applicable consumer legislation. Legal exceptions may apply to leisure services intended for entertainment or recreation that are provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
These provisions do not limit any other mandatory consumer rights.
8. Force Majeure
In cases such as natural disasters, adverse weather, official decisions, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent the service from being provided, Travel For You may modify the program or cancel the tour.
Available alternatives and applicable refund conditions will be communicated to the customer.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Applicable consumer arbitration and consumer court procedures and jurisdiction rules remain in force.
10. Effective Date
By confirming the reservation, the customer acknowledges having reviewed the essential service information and the terms of this agreement.
